Cretya Ubud: Restaurant and Day Club by Alas Harum
The Cretya Ubud is an idyllic destination located in the heart of Tegallalang, Bali, in Alas Harum (about 20 minutes’ drive north of central Ubud). This tropical paradise spans 8 hectares and features stunning rice terraces, perfect for those looking for a relaxing and tranquil getaway.

Transportation to Cretya Ubud
Take a Gojek (basically an Uber) from Seminyak to Creyta Ubud. It was roughly a 1 hour drive with traffic and the Gojek costed us maybe $20-30 CAD. It recommends getting a more comfortable car (more spacious) since it is a bit of a drive.

Alas Harum Agrotourism is a one-stop-shop for all the most famous activities in Ubud, from the high-swing to coffee tasting. Recently, they’ve added Cretya Ubud Day Club, which has quickly taken the title of the most impressive pool club in Ubud.
Living in Bali when you are not a traveller, and during my 6-months living in Ubud, my apartment had a view of Cretya Ubud’s beautiful multi-tiered pool in the Tegalalang Rice Terraces. Cretya countless times while living in Indonesia – In my opinion, it’s one of the best things to do in Bali.
Where Is Alas Harum Bali Located?
Alas Harum Agrotourism and Cretya Ubud are in the Tegallalang region of Ubud, north of the town center and near the famous Tegallalang rice terraces.
Alas Harum & Cretya Ubud Entrance Fee
Cretya Ubud and Alas Harum charge the same 50k Indonesian Rupiah ($3.50) entrance fee, so you only have to pay once to visit both locations. The entrance ticket includes access to the pool, rice terrace, restaurant, coffee museum, and bar.
It’s a small fee to pay for access to the whole grounds, but if you want to do anything like ride the swing, try delicious coffee, zipline, or sit by the pool the charges will add up fast!
Take A Ride On The Famous High Swing Over The Rice Terraces
Alas Harum has some of the best high swings over the rice terraces in Ubud because it has a private rice terrace. They put a ton of thought and care into building their structures, so you get an unobstructed perfect view of the rice terraces on their high swings. They also have other attractions like a couple’s swing and even a zip line over the rice terrace!
Have A Coffee Tasting
Alas Harum Agrotourism has its own Balinese coffee plantation museum on site where you can see how Balinese coffee is made, and learn about the infamous Kopi Luwak coffee (cat poop coffee) that is famous in Bali.
The coffee museum is included in your 50K entrance ticket, and you can choose to have a coffee tasting of all different types of Balinese coffee with rice terrace views afterward for 118K Indonesian Rupiah ($8).
If you would like to try the controversial Kopi Luwak coffee, it’s an additional 118K Indonesian Rupiah ($8) on its own.
